For your planning purposes, I have attached the draft Agenda for the for the next Climate Change Policy Task Force meeting, which will take place on Friday, September 12, 2008 from 9:30 AM – 4 PM at the Portsmouth Public Library, 175 Parrott Avenue, Portsmouth, NH 03801. Please note that this meeting will be starting at 9:30 AM - a half hour later than normal. Coffee, juice and light refreshments will be available starting at 9 AM for those who arrive early. In addition to the draft meeting agenda, there is a draft Conceptual Plan, which outlines the proposed approach, which will be used to initiate identification of those actions that may form the core of the final Climate Change Action Plan later this fall. This document outlines potential core principles, which would guide the final plan development process. The Conceptual Plan also includes a table that contains a subset of the 100+ actions, which are still under consideration. This table includes actions that the Task Force may want to consider for inclusion in the Action Plan first, before it moves on to evaluate the remaining actions. The introduction and discussion of these concepts will occupy the majority of the meeting. An example of the set of matrices that have been developed to support these discussions has also been attached to this email for your review. Revised copies of the CSNE analysis will also be available to inform this discussion. NHDES will bring a set of all the materials for each Task Force member to the meeting.Thank you again for your participation in this valuable effort.  Please contact me with any questions or concerns. Documents that will be brought include:Meeting Agenda Draft Conceptual Plan
